A legal disclaimer

Refunds applicable with reasoning, information on athlete's and families will not be sold or moved with malintent, and will not be outside of the terms discussed and agreed upon in a legally binding matter.  Athlete's will be trained, expected to be cordial and respectful of others, and come to our ice times with positive attitudes, as do our coaches and everyone else involved.  Bullying, harassment, racism, and any other derogatory terms or actions, will simply not be tolerated, and you will be asked to leave the training session.  Injuries happen, but let's ensure nobody is getting hurt on purpose.  Malicious acts will have you banned from Hanks Hockey Development.  Drug and Alcohol use strictly prohibited.  Our coaches are trained, but they are also human beings and do not have a crystal ball to see the future, or know all the right answers.  Every day is an opportunity for them to learn, so we will respect them and that fact, just as they will respect all athletes, parents, and any further bystanders.   We do reserve the right to cancel memberships, outstanding training sessions without refund, but this would be a last resort from relentless harassment and various forms of abuse.

Our website and social media is accessible to most with online platforms, and a wide variety of payment is accepted to ensure your athlete gets the development training they need.  From cold hard cash, to the plastic we have gotten used to, wires through the internet, sponsorship opportunities to offset outstanding balance, and more.
