Coach Noah has Owned and Operated Hanks Hockey Development since 2022.  He offers On and Off - ice private and semi - private sessions, film analysis, player advancement, and will do what it takes to help his athletes succeed.

Coach Rahul is Noah's right hand man.  Rahul offers the same products Noah does, and more.  With Coach Rahul's mentorship model, he is dedicated to the growth of every individual he works with.  With weekly mental health check-ins, learning how to journal, and meticulous attention to recovery or preparation, we are certain you will find your game with Coach Rahul.

Trey is CMHA Alum & envisions his future filled with giving back to the game, and his community.  His youth was nothing but hockey, from SportsCenter highlights to Don Cherry's "Rock 'em Sock 'em", Hockey never left his field of view.   His greatest attributes on ice are his shot, iq, and dynamic playmaking.  With over 100 professional games played, and being involved in youth and community as much as he is already, it's a no brainer Trey will be successful in life and his aspirations of giving back to the game.

Coach Jozef was a key role in Coach Noah's last line of defense during their Provincial Gold Medal year together, which was only the beginning of good fortune for Joe.  The two time KIJHL playoff champion, two time KIJHL top goaltender, & BCEHL Alumnus, is now attending Drury University, leading them to back to back National Championship tournament entry's.  Jozef loves giving back and helping others, which is prominent on his podcast co-hosted by Owen Elson, the Jungle Hockey Pod.  

Riley was Coach Noah's first teammate in his return to Edson, and the two have had a strong bond since.  Riley is the current Head Coach and General Manager of the Diamond Valley Rockies in the USPHL, has played professional hockey in New Zealand, and has experience at the ACHA D1 level with Concordia Ann Arbor University.  Riley comes to us with a ton of experience and skill, and can be a catalyst in anyone's development. 

Coach Matthew and Coach Noah used to compete regularly in Winter and Spring hockey, and grew a comradery through respecting each others game.  After a fruitful three year junior hockey career, where he would help his teams earn two National Championship tournament entry's, and a single season with Simon Fraser University of the BCIHL, Matt is now co-head coach of the BCEHL Valley West Giants U15AAA program.

Kenton has made huge strides in the last couple of seasons, and through his own training, has found a passion for guiding others where he can.   With his relentless work ethic and powerful skating, he is going to grow into a great power skating coach.

The man with the silky mitts is slowly making his way into coaching.  Callum is a JPHL, & BCEHL alumni, who has attended the WHL Seattle Thunderbirds training camp.  Cal has a knack for leading and coaching, finding it a passion of his to give back to the game and instill in others what it takes to get to the next level.

Matthew has a phenomenal talent for technology, with a passion and eye for art within sport, it was a no brainer to bring him on board as a partner.  We are very excited to see what Matt will do with his life in and past athletics.
