Refund Policy

24 hour notice for camps, clinics, and group sessions, 1 week or 7 days - 10 business days preferred - if availability changes for individual sessions in accordance with cancellation policies for ice arenas, if a replacement cannot be found.  100% of remaining balance will be returned.

IF these timelines are not met, you are subject to paying for the full amount, unless injury, illness, bereavement or other unfortunate events, then it will be the price of the ice only.
